Product Description |
1. Main structure of the natural gas generator set
Natural gas generator sets include biogas-fueled reciprocating internal combustion engines, alternators, electrical parts, control devices, cooling systems, lubrication systems, exhaust systems, fuel systems, and auxiliary equipment. Except for the exhaust pipe and silencer of the exhaust system, they are mounted on a steel chassis. The generator set is a fixed permanent installed generator set. The steel underframe is mounted to the concrete foundation.
2. Main structure of the biogas engine
The gas fuel of this engine series can be natural gas, biogas, syngas, coal mine gas, and etc. In order to meet the requirements of different customers, this gas engine can be packaged into generating set or other power take-off. 3. Alternator The brushless constant-voltage synchronous alternators are of the self-excited type with an electronic voltage regulator integrated in the excitation system. They are used as main or standby units in land based power installations and for ships' electrical systems and can be driven by internal combustion engines or gas, steam and water turbines and electric motors. Structure: The alternator comprises the main machine exciter and excitation system. The main machine is of revolving magnetic field with cylindrical rotor and damper winding. The exciter is revolving armature machine. The exciter power is supplied to the rotor of the main machine via rotating rectifiers. 4. Genset control panel Dedicated gas genset control panel is in the shape of cabinet. With controller, various indicating instruments, regulating buttons, protection indicators, emergency shut-down button installing inside to monitor the working status of the genset. Speed regulation is executed by the electronic governor and the fine regulation can also can be done by the buttons on the control panel. The voltage of the genset is automatic through the buttons on the control panel. |
